TTS Part 10: Flashlight of Awareness, Part One

I call this video the Flashlight of Awareness. Many of you know from working with me that I am an integrative psychotherapist. In other words I integrate complementary models of therapy in many different ways in order to fit the unique needs of each client I work with. In this video I want to talk about blending what I know about psychology with what I know about spirituality and how this pertains the Step 3 of a 12-Step Recovery program.
