The Curious ObserverOkay, this exercise is a variation of the Awareness Continuum where you can be just a tiny bit more active…by adding one thing to your awareness…and that would be curiosity… and what I call holding… we will start out just the same way we do the Awareness continuum…but once we get into the exercise…I’d like you to take special notice of the things that make you curious…and just gently hold…or stay with those things…as they occur…holding them with curiosity… and wonder…
